Important for Cardholders: When performing a transaction, the merchant name appearing on your bank statement and all reservation documents will be: IVON HOTELS EOOD.

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND PRICES

  • Services: The hotel offers accommodation in hotel rooms and villas, catering, use of a swimming pool, parking, and other tourist services. A full description of the amenities is available in the „Accommodation“ section of the website.

  • Prices: All prices are announced in EURO (EUR) and include VAT, tourist tax, and insurance.

  • Recurring Services: The hotel does not offer subscription services with automatic periodic billing unless explicitly stated in a specific stay package.

 

3. ONLINE PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

This website is a Secure Site and uses modern data encryption methods.

  • Virtual POS: Payments are processed through the secure payment page of the servicing bank. The hotel does not collect or store your bank card data.

  • Security Protocols: To protect you against fraud, we support the Verified by VISA and MasterCard ID Check authentication schemes.

  • Currency: Payments are made in Euros (EUR). When converting from another currency, the exchange rate of your issuing bank shall apply.

 

4. DELIVERY POLICY AND CONFIRMATION

  • The service is considered „delivered“ upon the successful check-in of the guest.

  • Following a successful payment, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation at your specified email address within a few minutes. Please present this confirmation (on paper or a mobile device) upon arrival at the reception.

 

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation Deadlines: Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate (Flexible or Non-refundable) and are clearly indicated during the booking process.

  • No-show: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the reservation amount will be retained as a penalty according to the terms of the selected rate.

  • Refund Method: In the event of a valid cancellation, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days.

  • Mandatory Condition: All refunds for payments made by bank card are carried out solely through a reverse operation to the same card used for the original transaction.

 

6. GENERAL STAY RULES

  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 15:00 | Check-out until 11:00.

  • Documents: A valid ID is required upon check-in.

  • Pets: Pets up to 10 kg are allowed for a fee of 15 EUR per day.

  • Smoking: Prohibited in all indoor areas.

  • Liability: Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damaged or missing hotel property.

 

7. FORCE MAJEURE AND APPLICABLE LAW

IVON HOTELS EOOD is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.). All disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
